The Touch Panel Hotel Doorbell system consists of indoor and outdoor units with a chime. When DND is pressed, the do-not-disturb light on the outdoor unit activates and the chime is silenced. The Hotel Doorbell system eliminates recurring paper costs and resolves problems and misunderstandings arising from DND cards. Now available with room number or hotel logo, standard or large frames, more innovative and stylish with interchangeable features — more flexible and compatible with your hotel standards (newspaper, dry cleaning, ironing service requests, etc.).
DND — Do Not Disturb
When guest presses DND, the red light on the outdoor unit activates and the chime is silenced. Housekeeping staff pass without disturbing.
MUR — Make Up Room
When guest presses MUR, the green light on the outdoor unit activates. Housekeeping staff immediately sees the room needs cleaning.
Online Management
In the online system, all room DND/MUR statuses are displayed in real-time on the management panel, integrated with PMS.
